Sources shown only to members¶
Monthly market statistics from the regional REINS networks and other private sources (Tokyo Kantei, Real Estate Economic Institute, Teikoku Databank and others) are shown only to members under their terms. Public pages show only what we derive from them (market phase, adjustment pressure and the strength of each sign), not the figures themselves.
